Gippsland Bands' Association At a meeting of the Gippsland Bands' Association at Traralgon, Mr. J. Logan was appointed president and Mr. R. W. Davidson secretary. The first massed bands recital will be held at Warragul, when eight bands are expected to compete. The Sale Town Band joined the association and it is likely that a massed recital will be held in Sale in the early New Year.
